The investment was built in the business part of Wola on Pańska Street and is distinguished by modern construction technology and high-class design.
As part of our scope of work, we delivered and commissioned Amano XParc parking system, including:
- one entry line and one exit line for the rotating parking lot,
- exit barrier with the option of card payment directly upon exit,
- parking ticket office allowing payments by both card and cash.
Additionally, we have implemented integration with electric vehicle charging stations, which allows you to pay for parking and charging at the parking ticket office or directly at the exit terminal using a payment card.
The system is equipped with license plate recognition functionand in the area intended for tenants, vehicle traffic is also handled based on QR codes and virtual mobile cards.
For the needs of tenants, we also carried out integration with the Smart Spaces application, enabling employees to reserve parking spaces.
The implementation of this project is an example of the implementation of innovative and functional solutions in a modern office facility, supporting both user comfort and sustainable mobility.
