Car Park Sp. z o. o. is an authorized partner of AMANO Europe (part of Amano Corporation Japan), a global leader in high-end parking solutions. We offer our clients a state-of-the-art parking system distinguished by a wide range of applications, the ability to integrate with other systems, and a modern design.

Based on our extensive experience, we are able to develop and implement the right parking concept, from installation design through delivery and professional installation of AMANO equipment, and subsequently provide warranty and post-warranty service.

Our company is a leading operator, manager, and leaser of parking spaces throughout the country. This allows us to build a flexible form of business cooperation between Car Park Sp. z o. o. and investors who own parking spaces.

Our offer applies to existing parking lots, those equipped with parking systems (including those other than Amano) or those operating based on parking meters.

For new investments, we are able to propose and implement an appropriate concept for the facility's operation, having at our disposal a wide range of parking infrastructure options.

Our goal is to create a satisfactory form of cooperation between the Owner and the Parking Operator, taking into account the needs of users, tenants and guests.

DELIVERY OF PARKING SYSTEMS

We can equip your facility with the Amano Xparc automatic parking system, adapted to:

Accepting cash or cashless payments, including payments made directly at the parking lot exit terminal (fast payment on exit)
Work in ticketed, ticketless or hybrid ticketless mode
Launching integration with hotel software (accepting payments at the hotel reception directly from the hotel software)
Easy integration with mobile applications for office and parking space management or launching one of the numerous applications with which the parking system is already integrated (RestAPI protocol)
Controlling access to individual parking zones, separating spaces dedicated to guests from spaces for employees
Support for QR codes, proximity cards and mobile cards
Work also in the option without terminals or without barriers (free flow)

As part of our parking management service, we provide:

Qualified and properly trained customer service staff
Personnel supervision carried out by appropriately trained management staff
Analysis of the local market aimed at intensifying revenues from parking activities
Financial supervision, including the preparation of full settlements and the design of budgets for individual settlement periods
Delivery of all consumables necessary for the operation of the system, along with the acquisition of entities for advertising campaigns on media such as parking tickets, automatic cash register displays, and other advertising surfaces
Equipping the facility with a parking system adapted to the needs and expectations of the investor, taking into account the proper organization of traffic and the specificity of the facility
Warranty and post-warranty service of installed devices aimed at maintaining the parking system in the highest and long-term technical efficiency
We offer you the opportunity for the Car Park to cover the cost of equipping the facility with a professional Amano Xparc system as part of the parking management service,
while ensuring service, warranty and consumables throughout the duration of the contract.
